Shipping

  1. Items are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days once the payment gets cleared; nonetheless, please allow around 5 to 10 business days for the items to arrive. The item would be dispatched to you through courier. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online with the help of a unique tracking number. Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the accurate delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before making the payment.
  2. Please note that any changes made to the address will not be considered as valid after the checkout is done. Handles & More shall not be liable for any delays, losses and/or damage of items arising out of changes made to the delivery address after the checkout, or due to the errors made by the buyers. It’s required that the buyers give an answered phone number to facilitate delivery of bulky freight. Handles & More shall not be accountable if buyers fail to supply with an answered phone number. Remember, we do not deliver items to the PO Boxes. We strongly suggest that you change your delivery address to a workplace prior to making the purchase, particularly for items that are big and bulky.
  3. A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items will be delivered only during normal business hours, i.e. 7:30 am to 4:00 pm on Weekdays (Mon to Fri – excluding Public Holidays).

Pick-up

  1. All orders must be fully paid prior to pick-up. You must furnish photo ID, a copy of your receipt (smart phone intimation accepted) to facilitate collection.
  2. Prior to collection, payment must be fully made through PayPal or Credit Card or Bank Deposit.
  3. Collect from: Unit A/70 Hassall St, Wetherill Park. NSW. 2164 – Weekdays: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (Mon to Fri – excluding Public Holidays). Within 5 business days, items must be collected.

Please Note:

  • Delivery & Pick-up is not available after business hours or on Saturdays & Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • For pick up, all items will not be available.
